Steak seasoned with White Truffle Oil

I can't really claim this recipe for myself. I actually heard this tip in a movie. I don't usually eat steak very often because I have a hard time digesting it. But I had guests over for dinner and decided to do steaks.

It's very simple really. If you are familiar with good cooking, you know that the general rule is to keep seasoning simple. In other words, generally, less is more. This goes for seasoning steaks. All you really want is salt, pepper, and olive oil to keep the meat from sticking to the grill as in most cases, there isn't a lot of fat in the meat to make this happen. Unlike ground beef as opposed to ground sirloin.

So, simply take your nice steaks and rub them with salt and pepper (I use kosher salt), also you can choose to use some crushed garlic if you like. Then, instead of olive oil, rub with white truffle oil and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Finally, grill until your liking. I prefer medium-rare. :)

Enjoy!
